FFID Log Summary Not Being Sent to Reviewers

I'm fairly new to GRC and inherited a system so forgive my ignorance. I received a notice that a recent FFID checkout did not generate the log review for the reviewer to go over. This doesn't seem to be broken for everyone and all checkouts but missed just this one.

I came across this post

In looking through the tables I found the GRACFFLOG and noticed that under WORKFLOW_SENT there was a missing X. Is this the missing workflow item? How do I trigger it for review?
