Hi All,

I have configured my inbox app implementations as per below guidelines and I can see workitems in my SAP inbox but it is not appearing in Fiori my inbox App.

App Implementation: My Inbox - SAP Fiori for Request Approvals 1.0 - SAP Library

I have checked RFC connection also which is set as trusted and test is running fine.

I have tried with custom test workflow and configured the workflow id and step id in path SAP Netweaver -> Gateway service enablement -> content -> Workflow settings -> Maintain Task name and Decision options. But nothing is coming in My Inbox app.

Can you please help me to figure out the reason behind it.

Note: Components : IW_PGW - SP level 0009

                       UIX01CA1 - SP Level 0002

TaskProcessinv verion 2 service is active.

Best Regards,

Mayuri

Hi Mayuri,

It says http 202. Please test the OData service manually.

http: //host.domain:port/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2

http: //host.domain:port/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2/$metadata

http: //host.domain:port/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2/TaskCollection

Hi Mayuri,

So there is no data in the task collection, right?

Possible root cause:

+ There is no workitem in the backend

+ User ID is hard coded in the trusted RFC connection.

Hi Masa,

Yes, Taskcollection is not having data. Also workitem is available and RFC connection looks good.

Mayuri

Hi Mayuri,

Bingo! You have hard coded the logon user to the backend.

Remove the User ID and set current user flag.
