Hi
I'm trying to understand if you can add custom/customer attributes to the document types in the new SolMan 7.2
The attached picture from a SAP presentation seems to indicate this is done via the "Attributes Pane", but I cannot seem to add extra attributes. I would expect it would be something that you could configure against the document type maybe - but I can't seem to do that either.
Any help?
Thanks
Steve
Hi Steve,
You can add custom Document Attributes via tcode SMDCAM.
These attributes can also be seen in DMWB -> Solution Manager Documents node.
In Addtion, you can create Custom Structure attributes (similar to node attributes) by maintaining following tables/views:
SM34 -> SMUD_MODEL_EXTENSION
SM34 -> SMUD_UIC
SM30 -> SMUD_EXT_CUST
Details about these tables can be found in Solman_Setup -> Process Management -> Step 5.5 and 6.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Sasmita

Hi Steve,
start transaction SOLMAN_SETUP. Select Process Management - Configure Solution Documentation - Define Customer Attributes.
Kind Regards
