I am able to login to ESR. When i try to login to ID, I get this error.
It gives me a pop up
Reason: Your security settings have blocked a self signed application from running
Why this error?

pls check the java version and install the required java version. also check the configuration of java if you have more than one java in your system, configure the required java version and clear the java cache.
Kindly check with BASIS team for required java version for your PI application.

Did you collect the Java Console traces as described in the wiki? Posting this will help us to help you!
Also, it would be good to know what PI release/SP/PL you are on as well as the Java version you are using on your client pc.
What should I do when I see a security prompt from Java?
Add the URL to the exceptions list as described here and let us know the results.
