Hi All,

I am facing a issue while RR for inspection lot. When the result is entered out of the limits still system doing the valuation is accept.

MIC: Length.. Limits are 48cm to 52 cm as shown below.

Sample size is fixed and it is 5 and valuation mode is as shown below.

I created a inspection lot and when I do RR when I enter the result as 60 (out of limit) still system doing valuation as accept as shown below.

Not sure where is the problem..I checked all the settings. not able to figure it out. can some body help me out on this.

Thanks

Kumar

The valuation of your sampling procedure is using a valuation mode of 100 - Attributive inspection nonconf. units.

For tolerance evaluation you need to use a sampling procedure using a valuation of 700 - Mean value within tolerance range.

If you don't identify any of the 5 as nonconfirming, the test passes.
(Double click on the charac to see the detailed recording screen).

Hi Kumar,

Please can you suggest how did you moved the MIC system status form "3" to "5"? Do you mean the system didn't proposed you the valuation status as "Reject"? Please confirm.

Thanks,
