Hello experts,
is there an option to use barcode or qr scanner for produckts in service tickets?
Scenario: the service agent scans the barcodes / qr codes of the parts he has used in his visit in order to fix the machine.
If it's available, does it work offline (if we somehow can have all code data stored in the device)?
