sap pi/po as2 mdn status

Hi

I am receiving asynchronous mdn from partner but the status of mdn is always stayting in "In Process".

Could you please advise if I need to set any parameter ?

I have enabled archiving of incoming MDN on channel. I have configured signed & encrypted mdn on my channel for incoming MDN. But the partner is sending non-encrypted MDN's. So whenever I receive one MDN, one row is getting adding saying MDN "In Process" (as shown In the above attached screenshot)
