Hi sap experts,
From sap message, I get an link of SAP Document Center.
I want to download file from it. but the download in browser is alwayd failed.
So is there any download tool like 'sap download manager' ?

There is no tool like SAP Download Manager.
What is the size of the file? What error do you get?

About 2G.
I tried many times at different position, my office, my home, and computer bar. but the speed is so slow that the downloading is disconnected.
Can the SAP Document Center Client be used to download file?

Most probably connection is getting timeout since network is slow.
You can't use SAP Document Center client to download content from public share. One need to be member of that share to use the clients.
If you are creator of this share then you can use desktop app.
