Cancel the custom declaration

Hi Team,

we are sending the export declaration to French Customs.Declaration is created and it is accepted by the customs. Now user has cancelled it instead of "Request for Cancellation". Since it is cancelled we have not received any message from Customs. But it should also cancell from the custom side and we want the Correction message(M) to send to customs in order to get the cancellation confirmation message from their side.

Please guide me how to get it .

Hi,

Try using /SAPSLL/CULO_AR_CUS and then /SAPSLL/CDOC_CPLRES.

Hi Santosh,

Unfortunately not everything in life has an "undo" facility!

In this case, you could try to re-set the Status using Transaction /SAPSLL/CDOC_STARES.  If it's successful, then the user could try again to request cancellation.

Otherwise, they might be able to cancel using the web service, or by telephoning the Customs Authority.

Is it also possible to change the table (/SAPSLL/CUHDSTA) 

for the field PROST = 4A from 4B . to make the status from cancel to request for cancellation in debug mode ?

Hi Santosh,

Yes, I suppose it would be possible.  Of course, I can't recommend that you try it in a Productive system.
