Export of dual stack NW 731 fails due to missing jar file

Hey Experts,

I'm trying to do an export of a dual stack NW 7.31 system which is running on AIX with oracle database.

When I try to click through SWPM to start an export I got the followin error:

Execution of UTL Tool aborts with return code 1

I cheched the following logs (which you will find attached):

sapinst_dev.log

UTL.java.log

recommended log file UTL_load_usages.log is missing.

As you can see in sapinst_dev.log it seems "sap.com~tc~bl~offline_launcher~imp.jar" is missing in the sharedlib.

This is exactly the error note 2096129 describes. As a solution it recommends to set file permissions to 777. But in my case this file does not exist.

Unfortunately the note does not say what is to do, if this file is missing.

So I hope you can make some suggestions for me. Thank you in advance.

thank you very much. Note 1903663 gave me the correct hint with the first step. So I found the right files and copied them to sharedlib directory.
