NwSapSetup.exe hangs

Customer facing Analysis office install issues. “NwSapSetup.exe” hangs . I’m able to see the “NwSapSetup.exe” in task manager. It’s working after 10 times to click the “AOFFCE23SP00_0.exe”, sometimes 3^rd click.  In task manager 10 “NwSapSetup.exe” is running.

We need to install AO 2.3 version in 3000 Laptops .  AO 2.2 it’s working fine all the laptop.

Can you please give some hint to resolve this issues.

To roll AO 2.3 version out to 3000 Laptops, you can unzip the AOFFICE23SP00P_1-70001611.exe file

C:\install>AOFFICE23SP00P_1-70001611.exe /extract="AOFFICE"

and import it(click on "Import product" button) to the installation server,

then create an installation package, and roll it out to your users.

Does the issue occur by following above procedure?
