Inetrnal server error for the MDG: Unicode related error

Hi Experts,

     I'm facing an issue that whenever I enter the change request and enter continue in the changing/ deletion of the material in the NWBC screen I'm getting error as in the image. I don't know why this error is coming in MDG where we are not using any programs and I couldn't able to figure it out how to rectify this error. Is this error is related to the server? or we need to do any changes.

                                           

It was working fine before but now I don't know why this error is coming. we didn't make any changes in the standard one.
