Hello,
We are facing issue with new user who try to log-on Excel add-in for the first time. As per the process, they have to un-check the SAML box and log in using their user ID and password same as Web UI. But they are getting below error.
"There is a problem with the XML that was received from the network. See inner exception for more details."
Also existing user try to log-on without single sign on, by using user ID and password getting same error.
I have already done below checks: -
1. Clear cache
2. Un-install and install excel add-in
3. tried on different laptop.

Can you try with selecting the SAML box and log on ? Do you get some errors?
