SAP SD Not Able to Issue Output After Adding Authorization

Dear Gurus,

I was testing my authorization settings but realized that I'm not able to issue output in none of the so, delivery nor billing when I add in the authorization.

I can click the Issue Output To in the menu and select the output, but there is nothing happening when I click print icon or preview icon.

I have tried the same document set numbers with my user id with SAP ALL profile and I could issue output.

Can anyone please advice the reason?

Do I need to add any other authorization object to enable the print out?

By the way, the authorization activity I am giving is full *.

Dear All,

I know the reason.

It was related to the document flow.

As our forms are getting the data from document flow and I didn't assign the authorization of document flow.

For your information, you may want to use S_BDS_DS.

Did you try to run authorization trace?

Or at least check SU53?

This is what I usually do as a first step in such cases.

I tried but it seems that the SU53 shows no specific error showing why I can't issue the output.

Do you have any idea why?
