Dear Experts,
We have one issue in SRM PO [ SRM 7.0 SP- 0017 ]
Confirmed quantity & Confirmed value is not getting updated in Related Documents ; Section-Statistics tab.
So,usually we run 2 reports to resolve it.These are
BBP_PO_INIT_NOTIFY_FOLLOWON & BBP_GET_STATUS_2
But,it works sometimes and not every time.
We have done some debugging but could not found relevant stuff and also searched some S notes, but those can not be implemented.
Hence, appreciate if anybody can provide a solution for it.
Thanks
Deepak Rade
Hi Deepak
Ideally there are jobs in SRM which needs to be run periodically
CLEAN_REQREQ_UP,BBP_get_status2 and maybe you can also schedule this BBP_PO_INIT_NOTIFY_FOLLOWON
If the issue persists even after scheduling of the job then read through the links below
and also check some related notes that this note 1934728 talks about.

Do let me know if this helps

Hi Vinita,
Thanks for same.
However, for Note 1934728,status shown as "Incomplete" and can not be implemented.
For "CLEAN_REQREQ_UP",seems I don't have authorization as it shows error message after execution
"Exception foreign Lock.nothing done !". I will check it later with help of technical person.
In the meantime, appreciate if you could have anything relevant regarding the issue.
Best Regards
Deepak Rade
Hi Deepak
All jobs in SRM needs to be scheduled to be able to have a consistent behavior
Kindly do that and see if it issue persists
