Hi All,
Can anyone tell me what a portal iview launcher is ?Any documentation available on it ?
I am supposed to call the webdynpro applications using the portal Iview launcher as direct calls to URL's may be restricted in the production enviroment due to security zone restrictions
( In the current scenario we are calling the URL using the class method "cl_wd_utilities=>construct_wd_url" )
Thanks,
Veena.
Hi Veena,
Portal eventing is necessary during a scenario where u have to communicate to another portal iview.say in portal u have your WDA app in one iview and another WDA or BSP app in another iview
But for WDA app, navigation inside its views you would not need portal eventing.
