Approval year variant in investment

Hi Gurus,

While creating appropriation request, The approval year in variant put me trouble.

In IMA11 approval year is 2016, But approval year in variant (in IMA11) is 2013.Hence the planned value mentioned in variant hitting '0' version against 2013.

So that While doing IM34, system is not allowing further(See screenshot im34),

As per my understand, If we are able to change from 2013 to 2016 problem will resolve,

can anybody help me to change from 2013 to 2016?

Change Planning year in IMA11 | SCN

Solution:-

go to this node in SPRO Investment Management>Planning in program>Version>Assign version to approval year

here you have to assign the plan version to the approval year & program type..if you dont find entries for 2010 then create for 2010.
