PI 7.0 dual stack to PO 7.5 Single stack ESR objects

Hi Folks,

We are upgrading from PI 7.0 to 7.5 and aware of directory cockpit but

1. How do we migrate ESR objects ?

2. The name changes for message to service interface etc. would be taken care by file transport or not ?

3. Interface mapping to operation mapping ?

4. From Basis stand point is there a direct path or we need to bring it to 7.31 first and then to 7.5

Please suggest.

1. File Transport or CTS transport .

2. , 3. yes Automatic naming convention changes takes place.

4. SLD can be migrated directly , but fro NWA certificates from Visual admin need to be imported into NWA of 7.5

When we would make a copy of the PI box. Shall we copy the PI 7.0 DEV box or PRD box to make it PO DEV 7.5 ?

better PRD. Maybe in dev you have test interfaces and PoCs

We are using a new installation and phase out option. Please suggest for #4.

no problems with ESR objects... Just with ccBPMs
