Create New Calculated Measure

Dear Experts,

While trying to create a new calculated measure the following error message appears:

"No viable alternative at IF. Try rewriting the formula."

The formula calculates the YTD Sales and you can see the syntax below.

Can you try to select the if-then-else function  and plug in values rather than type it out or use "if" instead of "IF".

Have you manually typed this formula? I don't think you can pass dimensions as parameters while creating a new calculated measure in Prepare room.

I suggest you try creating a new calculated dimension and then convert it into a measure.

The below formula worked for me, where i have tried creating a calculated dimension.
