Negative available amount in S_ALR_87013558 ?

Hi,

      Behind sap report S_ALR_87013558  we have have a form which works as per screen shot attached which shows that debit type 1 only should be part of actual values in this report.

But in actual working -- the same report is showing debit type 2 also being included for values shown under actuals in the report.

  The gl starting with 35* is having debit type 2 which should not have got included in actual figures in S_ALR_87013558 report but this is being reflected in S_ALR_87013558 report.

Such different wrong Actuals are leading to negative available.

why is system behaving unusual i.e. when form says its should pick debit type 1 only for actuals why its picking debit 2 also and generating wrong actuals leading to wrong available figures.
