How we can create equipment in C4C side and how we can map this equipment .

Hi Chetan,

Replication from SAP ERP is available for the same. Basically, Equipments in SAP ERP are replicated as Registered Products in C4C. Functional locations in SAP ERP are replicated as Installation Points in C4C (of type functional location). Uni directional replication from ERP to C4C is available.

Like how Equipments have sub equipments, similarly registered products have Items which can be added.

You must check the Installed Base work center for all this functionality.

Dear Chetan,

You can make use of Install Base in C4C Service part, this can be used independently and also have interface with ECC system

Equipment and Equipment hierarchy can be replicated in registered product with C4C you can used transaction code or standard program to replicate it
