Font/Content in ESB/ESR and IB/ID is too small and not visible at all

Dear PI/PO Experts,

Just wondering does anyone has similar kind of issue as me. Please help and share the info if anyone has fixed this issue.

The Font/Content in ESB/ESR and IB/ID (Fat Clients) is too small and not visible at all across Landscapes of ALL PI, PO systems. This issue is occurring since I have upgraded my laptop OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10. JWS/JDK/JRE version is 1.8.0_102.

Troubleshooting steps done so far:-

1. In windows desktop Increased the size of the text, apps and other items resolution to maximum, No luck.

2. Tried different resolutions from 4K, 2560 X 1440, 1920 X 1200...800 X 600, No luck.

3. Reinstalled JDK.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi Vishnu,

I would suggest to give a try on Personal Settings from Tools. There should be some option to change the default values.

I did checked Personal settings and don't see any option to increase the font/size/

Hello Brhamma,

Try accessing ESR/ID in other system.

I believe this is some display issue in your PC.
