Stop Email from Workflow System in Dev Box

I have inherited a GRC system to help maintain. I'm not a GRC expert so I've been trying to learn the ropes. In one of our dev boxes we have email still going out to Role Approvers to approve or reject. IT appears that they go out at about 4:22pm.

Can someone help me identify which job I need to kill or how I might otherwise stop the system from sending any more external emails? Thanks.

Hi Rob,

It might be the reminder job, please check in SM37 job GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER or try to find program GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER

Notification from workflow usually go immediately after event happened.

Hi Rob,

You can "break" the SAP Connect Node in tcode SCOT by removing the server IP address. from the node.

OR you can delete the released job that contains program RSCONN01, which is responsible for sending email notifications periodically that are in the queue of tcode SOST.
