Service integration to ECC, determination of

Hi,

can anyone tell me how the <ServiceTransactionProcessingTypeCode> is determined. I have a service ticket with integration. If I select the activity as "Service" and the billing relevancy as "T&M", as soon as I trigger the ECC release, <ServiceTransactionProcessingTypeCode> is sent as "0007" billing request and not as I would expect it "0001" service so that the correct CATS posting is performed.

Hi Dedeepya,

yes. This is so far 1:1. In my opinion the value 0007 is not correct as this identifies the item ony as debit item and no CTAS posting is done for that.
