Material Group-G/L account mapping

One specific scenario

In one client there are 2 chart of accounts.They use the same product category 123.

In 1 chart of account this product category is linked to G/L account X and in another chart of accounts this same product category is linked G/L account Y.

Is it that I should map both the G/L account to this same product category and the correct G/L account is called when a specific user(belonging to a co code) does a transaction or should any Badi be activated

If the mapping product category - G/L Account doesn't fill your requirements, you should use the BBP_DETERMINE_ACCT BADI.
