Adhoc Physical Inventory

Hello Gurus,

I am getting this error while posting Physical Inventory Document :- "Item 00001 cant be posted due to exceeded tolerances". Please help to resolve as I have set the tolerances and assigned my id to tolerances group already.

Hi Harsh,

I guess, you miss the the tolerance Group settings in config/master data.

Configuration:

Define Tolerance Groups

Spro- Img-SCM Extended Warehouse Management-Extended Warehouse Management-Internal Warehouse Processes-Physical Inventory- Warehouse-Number-Specific Settings- Define Tolerance Groups

Master data:

/SCWM/PI_USER_DIFF - Assign User to Tolerance Group for Difference Analyzer

/SCWM/PI_USER - Assign User to Tolerance Group for Recount/Clearing

Hi,

Tolerance groups can maintain for three things.

1. Posting

2.recounting

3.difference analyser.

As per the error, your tolerance is exceeding for posting.if you maintain that also, you can logoff and re login in the system then try.
