Create Article Grouping VBG1

Hello,

When we create an article grouping in VBG1, the position number is incremented by 10 (like 10,20,30...). Customer wants these position numbers to be incremented by 1 (like 1,2,3...) so that the maximum number of item can be increased in an article grouping.

Is that possible? Can you please tell me the path to make the configuration setting? Or, is there any SAP note which can be implemented? I have already implemented one note 2141822 which is not working.

At the time I solved this problem by using Enhancment points.
