How to send an e-mail automatically when creating an incident?

Could you tell me please, where I can see the Solman 7.2 settings so that an e-miall is sent automatically when I create an incident in ITSM.

Thank you for your replies.

  In the Service Operations (Solman 7.2 - ITSM) there is a subscription option which I suppose configures what I need (sending e-mail notifications automatically).  See below. But I don’t see this option in the interface at my work place (my account).  What can I do?

This is the same as in SolMan 7.1, please try to search SCN for an answer that way, I'm sure you should be able to find the relevant information.
