Maintain Department value

Hi Experts,

I would like to maintain my GRAC_DEPT with several values.

I checked the post , however could find a correct answer. Is there a way to change the field to a multiple selection field( like the company field) and where can I maintain the values?

hi,

GRAC_DEPT is a standard field, and is not advisable to change it to multiple selection/dropdown. however, you can create a custom field and make it dropdown. But the additional problem thrown, is the selection option given to user/employee to select a department.

Could you say, if GRAC_EMPLY gave you desired results.
