Hello All,
I have tried the suggested steps but no luck. Even anywhere (like next, edit, documentation, etc...) in that screen, I am clicking, it is going into loading state. Kindly suggest if anything can be done.

Hi R B, please cancel the we session and do below activities 1st... 1. check SM28 for installation. 2. run SGEN to generate objects. 3. update DB Statistics. 4. check for system dumps in ST22. 5. check UMI in java system, it should be ABAP. 6. now try to SOLMAN_SETUP. hope will work smoothly if not than check for logs in java directory... First of all do no use J2EE_ADMIN user to run the setup.
You are seeing here user SOLMAN_ADMIN and roles which needs to be assigned to this user. Create this user manually and assign given roles. Login with Solman_Admin user and run the setup.
If you still see error then check if there are any abap dumps, error in system logs.
