Does Syclo Work manager 6.3 supports open text?

Hello Experts,

Does Syclo's Work Manager 6.3 supports Open text for document attachment?

We will be going with Standard Work Manager 6.3 (Out of box) solution. Is any enhancement required for the same?

Hello Abhilasha,

Yes, syclo supports openText for attchment download and upload but this feature is not in out of the box. you have to enhance your class in SAP to save/fetch the attchment from/to openText.

Sorry, I dont have any specific document. But recently we have implemented this functionality for one of the customer.
