Call Browser Failed During /iwfnd/maint_service

Dear All

Services were added in /iwfnd/maint_service as below.

I just operated as SAP help guided.

1. Select one service (eg ZINTEROP)

2. Select ODATA under ICF Nodes

3. Click Call Browser

And no response.

I checked table USOBHASH, there is no HASH key created.

Any idea? Thank you!

Hi Wenbin,

Please check if the hostname resolution is added to your PC (C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/host).


Check if your default web browser works or not, change to another PC and retry.


What can you see in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG?

Thanks for your reply.

I just started the configure of Gateway and haven't got hands on host name yet.

Checked default browser and also another PC, didn't work.

/IWFND/ERROR_LOG is empty, as below.


Any idea? Thank you!

Hi Wenbin,

Did you maintain parameters icm/server_port_<x> and icm/host_name_full.

For example:

icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,TIMEOUT=1200,PROCTIMEOUT=1200

icm/host_name_full = $(SAPLOCALHOST).yourdomain.com

Thank you very much for your help.

I maintained icm/server_port_0 as you suggested.

And there is no Change Value option for  icm/host_name_full

Please find screenshot below for your reference.

Is there anything I missed?

Hi Wenbin,

Ask your basis to change these parameter using transaction RZ10.
