Hi.
Every 2-3 months we have to restart Oracle WIP data base because Oracle ora-4030.
How to check which application are allocating memory space, how many, how much space, just to do a right Oracle memory sizing ?

If WIP is accessed by SAP ME only, then memory requirements of SAP Note 1405260 should be enough. Otherwise you should consider a customimed sizing method.
The rest of your questions is Oracle-specific - so you can google them or ask your DBA.
