Firefighter log report review: E-mail notification for escalation

Hi All

GRC10.1 SP05, NW 7.4 SP05

For firefighter log report review,

If controller does not take any action in 7 days, I want to send for escalation. But I do not want to user additional stage or Controller managers

Can we send only escalation  e-mails to specific group of people ( might be security admin group) with out creating the additional stage in MSMP workflow?

Hello Venu,

You can use the report GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER to send email reminders or you could create a custom report based on that for your requirement.

the following is just a thought, never tested. Try to configure the same agent as is used for the stage approval as escalation agent and define the ESCALATION notification event to the specific group of people (e.g. Security Stage).

Alternatively you can use a custom development for the email reminder job that serves a specific agent.
