Adapter Framework cache refresh in PI7.0

Hi,

Please let me know how to refresh the Adapter Frapter cache in PI7.0.

If I want to use the XIAFUSER, then how can i get the password for this user?

For full CPACache refresh

http://<hostname>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

Also apply SAP Note 764176, 741214
