Upgrade Stuck DDIC_UPG phase & EU_INIT running long time

Hi experts,

During Solman upgrade 7.1 SP4 to SP14 we are stuck in DDIC_UPG phase since 2 days.

one job EU_INIT running since 34 hrs.

can you please help me out.

Hi Vivek,

Please update if logs are being updated on regular period or not? Also provide/attach here upgrade phase logs to review.

hello Manish,

No SUM log has been updated since 2 days.

and if we check the DDIC_UPG log its showing the below status.

Can you please repeat the import process with an updated version of R3load.exe.

You can download this from sap download website.

Is there any new patch available on service marketplace for R3load version?

If yes let's update it first.

One more thing - Can you please share EU_INIT job logs?

Job still is running EU_INT.

Please share the logs of job. You better check log file : DDICUPG.ELG

Can you check your Oracle logs and make sure you do not have archiver stuck situation or tablespace full.
