Fields missing in ID

Hi,

Here we are using XI 3.0

Service pack:09

Release:30_VAL_REL

When i tried to do Integration builder configuration some fields hae been missing

For Eg : In the Businees Service- communication channel- i am not able to see the fields of Run Operating System Command Before Message Processing and After Message Processing Fields have been missing.

What could be the problem?

Could you please help on this issues?

option available from SP15

Hi-

Check if you have activated it properly in IR.

Also check if SXI_CACHE is updated.

Also it may be the Service pack problem mentioned by others

i doubt if they are in SP 9 !!!

Can you upgrade to the latest SP to get all the features of XI. the latest SP is SP 19 !!!
