I want to automate the creation of database and table creation using maven in Sybase ASE, I had previously been using hdbsql/pyhdb when I was using Hana as the backend DB, is there any Sybase equivalent of this?
The command-line utility for ASE is called 'isql'. It is part of every ASE installation and can also be installed separately as part of the client-only install (SDK).
