Specify the key within the work area Message no. SV033: Problem during response time

Dear Experts,

Please help to sort out the above mentioned issue facing during response time define

Steps carried out:

1. Define response profile as Z000000001

2. Query 1: Response is grayed out / not displayed when we define response time for response profile

3. Error : Specify the key within the work area message no. SV033 displayed after inputs in response time input screen

Note: 1.All input data are available in F4 tabs of response time

2. Priorities are defined

3. Service profile is defined 

4. Response time also defined in system

I assume your issue is with the error message?

Did you do a search on the error message.  I found a bunch of threads on it.

Please search as I believe the issue may be resolved by some of the existing threads such as the one below.
