Calling 3rd party wsdl in SOAP sender channel

Hello Experts,

I am working on SOAP to PROXY synchronous scenario. MERIDIUM is the 3rd party calling web service which I created in SAP PI and shared from sender agreement. MERIDIUM is able to send the request to ECC and getting response back to SAP PI. When SAP PI sending response back to Meridium it is ending up with errors.It is not able to take the response back. Basically Meridium will take Aynchrounous call.

So we have decided to go for BPM where synchronous call from Meridium to ECC and response as a outbound asynchronous call to Meridium. I hope this can be done with out BPM, Where I have to call Merididum web service in my SOAP channel using module paramters. Can some one help me in providing the exact module parameters to be used to call Meridium web service in SOAP syn sender channel.
