RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Select one of the installed languages

Dear Friends,

One of the PI developer in Other country is getting error in RWB , but in local network we are all able to connect RWB with no errors / issues.

Can any one please explain what the errors means and how to re-solve that error.

Plz help.

Error:

Connection to "Integration Engine ABC" cannot be established Exception Message: JCO.Exception in Method: com.sap.aii.mdt.web.statistic .CentralViewManager: getAbapMetadata . ConnectionException: JCO call failed. Message: com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Select one of the installed languages.

In which languaje he is connecting? Normally SAP PO has english and germany

In your RFC reciever channel make sure you have mentioned 'EN' for the 'LOGON LANGUAGE 'parameter , but firstly check whether the reciever ECC system supports EN language or not.

Dear Manoj,

There are no any RFC channels we are using for any interfaces.

ECC supports EN lang.

not using even RFC lookup channels too ??

please explain your scenario sender/reciever adapter?? any look up ?

and also it would be helpful if u put the screenshot of the meesage log

also check the JCO rfc destination in sm59 are working fine or not

Dear Manoj,

No lookups.

All RFCS are working. In india we are not facing any issues in RWB.

Only in German , tey are facing that issue in RWB.
