We need Purchase Requisition link back in the sales order

Hi Experts,

We need item 10 to get the PR link back, it was somehow removed from the sales order so it is not completed.

The PO line also been GR and IV paid, So we want to try to relink the PR in SO, so it can simply delivery to the customer.

Please provide possible solution.

There is no information provided in the post to answer intelligently. "Item 10" - do you seriously believe this is pertinent? And it's not clear what has been attempted so far. "We want to try" - OK, so go ahead and try. What exactly is the challenge?
