SLT - cannot activate configuration

Hello SCN,

In SLT we have 3 configurations all are red / not activated.

Activating all configurations does not change anything.

Where can I get further information about what is wrong?

Is there an error log and if so how can I access it?

Thorsten

Often times it could be that it can connect to your source/target system.  So you could check the database passwords.   Use the Program ABDC_TEST_CONNECTION.

If the source system uses an RFC, then you can test the RFC connection...I think that's SM59

It was a passwort problem.

Anyway thx for your helpful input.

This might help to solve future issues

So far I found out that transaction SM21 is used to view logs.

Yes, the SM21 gives some logs on the SLT side  and the source system side.

Did you execute it on both systems ?

Hi Thorsten,

Can you check if your SLT system is having enough work processes?

Check workprocesses through SM50 tcode and then check the number (Total/free) in Dialog.

If the system doesnt have enough free WP then the jobs for replication will not start.
