SAP SD - Query regarding to contracts

when i create a contract for 10 qty. now  i create the 1st order with ref to contract for 5 qty.now again when i want to create the 2nd order with ref to same contract the quantity copied should be 5,but when we create with ref to contract the qty copied in sales order is again 10. the contract is amc contract.

Kindly guide me to the query

In Copy quantity you have 3 selection option Automatic Quantity Determination,A.Copy Order Quantity, B.Copy target quantity.You need not maintain requirement.In copy control.

Select you contact type and sales document type-->then select the item and then double click the item category of yours.

what settings to be maintained in copy control line item level?

Is there any copy requirement that has to be changed?

check settings regarding to quantity. Press F1 to understand meaning of different values available.

Hi,

  In VTAA Transaction select your target document type and the source document type.Select the line and click on item which will open all the item categories linked.Select your item category and double click.In Copy quantity field select automatic quantity determination.
