Hi Team,
We have created Process order in ECC and EGR batch job will create EGR in EWM. When we try to process GR from EWM there are two queue gets generated and the inbound queue is available in ECC which is given below.
1. Batch replica
2. Goods receipt
No issues when the queue sequence Batch & GR queue=>Exesting batch characters are not deleted.
Issue when the queue order gets changed(GR and Batch)=>existing batch characteristics are deleted.
Why the queue sequence get changed sometimes? anyhow the batch characteristics should not be deleted.
Could you please anyone advise.
Thanks.
Vadamalai
Hi,
First your batch should be created and replicated, only then you should process GR for same.

Dear Vadamalai,
I guess you activated background batch create in EWM as per below.
Extended Warehouse Management->Goods Receipt Process->Inbound Delivery->Batch Management and Remaining Shelf Life Check in the Inbound Delivery
Doc type, item type, doc cat,create- create batch in background ext or int
Both the below queues are independent to each other while moving from ECC to EWM.
1. Batch replica
2. Goods receipt
So We need to a build a logic like below
1> First Batch replication should happen in EWM
2> Inbound delivery notification of process order should not convert to Inbound delivery until and unless Batch
replication happened in EWM.
Please change the mode of batch creation so that
1. Inbound notification stuck up as Batch not created until and unless batch replicate from ECC.
2. Once Batch replicated, PPF will convert inbound delivery and good receipt.
Please try to test and let us know if you have any other ways .
Thank you,
Ajit
