Dear Experts,
let's assume I archived a lot of FI data before executing system conversion to S/4HANA.
What will happen after the conversion? Is it possible to access them from the new system?
I would say it's not possible as S/4HANA introduces new data model, but maybe there is a way?
Best regards
Bartosz
Hi Bartosz,
Refer page 227 of Simplification list in below link says
"Access to files archived before the system conversion is still supported."
http://www.dhc-gmbh.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2015/07/SAP-Simplification-List.pdf
Also note that data model has changed , but SAP has provided access to old data from old tables through views (mainly).
With regards,
Mrinal

Hi Bartosz,
did you find any satisfying answer to your question (for other than FI module)?
Thank you and kind regards,
Karol
