Hello,
I have a requirement to control the triggering event of an alert mail.
In our current situation due to the temporary connectivity failure or network down, we have received many PI alerts, so is there any option available to check the number of retry just prior to trigger an alert mail. We are using CBMA.
In one line, if the message is not processed successfully after 5 time re-try, then only the alert mail will get trigger else it will not trigger any alert mail.

Hi Sreenivas,
My requirement is to address the temporary channel connectivity loss. Lets say if the receiver channel is down for 5 min and then it gets up once again, then the alert chunks stored in Consumer store need to be refreshed/deleted ? but if the connection is down for lets say more than 5 min then then alerts should be created in system.
