Reference Step in "sapsrm/offlineapprovalsend" report

Hello All,

In SRM report /offlineapprovalsend, I need to add a prefix in the subject of the email.

At the beginning of the subject I need to add the reference to the step approvals.

TEC : for Technical

PU   : for purchasing

FI     : for Financial.

How I can determine the approval is TEC, PU or FI and where should I make the change to achieve this.
