Issue with Not assigned period value in Report S_ALR_87013533

Dear Gurus,

Greetings.

In this report output for particular WBS element and for the the Not assigned period(Period 0000) ,Residual order plan value is coming in negative.

In which table not assigned period value is stored .could we track this value?

Please refer the below screen shot.

Hi Jamal,

Rem order plan values updated from PR, PO once you check ME5A, ME2J t code for WBS orders and also check coois order information system  give wbs  and check is there any orders assigns in respective wbs ??.

Hi Jamal,

Residual order plan value is coming in negative :- Check the cost element of that order , Created as

(CElem category 11  Revenue) and used for planning.

Execute T-code S_ALR_87013533 - Change DB Profile - Select all in Network/order - tab and execute
