currently there is no direct integration between LVM and Azure.
But , as long as you can create a Network connection between LVM and the SAP Host Agents of your SAP systems you can do some of the basic management/monitoring functionality like start/stop/status monitoring. Copy/Clone/refresh would not work out of the box in this scenario, but if you need it , it would theoretically be possible to use the custom provisioning process of LVM and write a script that takes care of the data copy (e.g. Backup/Restore), but this would require likely some consulting effort.
We are in contact with Microsoft and they are looking into an integration but this would definitely take some time.
